Sparrow Family Medicine is excited to announce the establishment of our practice by Dr. Isaac Mittendorf. Sparrow Family Medicine was founded in partnership with Dr. Ryan Frazine of Advanced Internal Medicine with the goal of providing comprehensive healthcare services to western Kentucky.

Dr. Mittendorf is joined by Deanna Stallons, MA and Katlyn Wiley, MA. The team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in family practice, ensuring that you receive comprehensive healthcare tailored to your specific requirements.
