Our Relationship
with Baptist Health
Dr. Mittendorf provides inpatient care exclusively at Baptist Health Paducah. We believe that following your care from the clinic to the hospital provides the best continuity of care and benefit to our patients. It’s important to note Sparrow Family Medicine operates independently from the hospital. We are not owned or operated by Baptist Health, and our practice is fully autonomous. As a fully independent practice, we are not bound by hospital insurance disputes. We accept most major plans, including Medicare Advantage.
